Ka Mate Haka

This year we have been learning about various haka and the origins and stories that these haka tell. In Term 3 Whaea Raewyn taught us about the All Blacks famous Ka Mate haka which tells the story of Te Rauparaha who was a mighty warrior chief from the central North Island of New Zealand.

Hi Room 18 This Movie that you made was very educational about the haka and a little bit of funny. But I really enjoyed how you used green screen and the wilderness.

The best part of this movie is how the boy falls over onto the grass.

Hi Room 18. Watching your movie was awesome. I didn't knew what the haka song actually meant. Thanks to your movie I know what it means. There was some laughter in your movie which made the audience laugh. Great movie Room 18.
